Women are playing an indispensable role in making the world a better place. Today, many of them are pursuing career development and have made remarkable achievements in science & tech. Statistics show that women account for about 40% of China‘s scientific & technological human resources in recent years.
女性是促进社会进步与发展不可或缺的重要力量。现今, 越来越多女性在科技领域寻求职业发展并取得了卓著成就。数据显示，近年来女性科技工作者占到中国科技人才总量约40%。
How could a girl grow to become a scientist? How could a woman become a leading scientist in her field of study? To answer these questions, we invited 5 female scientists to share their experiences on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
